• Eligibility for Cancellation: Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Once the order has been communicated to the vendors or merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

• Perishable Items: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
